At GFM Extensions, we take pride in offering high-quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we do offer refunds only if the product is defective.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for defective products.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 3 days of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with texture or length.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Support: If you receive a defective item, reach out to our support team via our Contact Page within 3 days of purchase.
  2. Provide Proof: Send clear photos or videos of the defect for evaluation.
  3. Return Approval: If approved, we will provide return instructions. The item must be shipped back in its original condition.
  4. Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

3. Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged returns due to improper packaging or shipping delays.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
